3 times we used the app in a matter of 15 minutes. First driver cancelled.

Second driver said he couldn't find us. Third driver called and said he was at the location. I said, 'Nope, we are a block away.' He refused to drive the block. Curb has no customer service number.

All 3 times I was charged for the fare. Terrible service.

I finally reached a human being at Curb (NOT easy) and discussed the issue.
Then I went to the bank to make sure I was credited with the refund I was owed.
The bank officer said he'd had a similar issue with Curb and had not received a refund.

I had a safety issue about the driver so much so my daughter and I exited the cab at the first stop sign and needed information about the cab I was in. I was told I had to email curb. he couldn't help me at all.
