I used Curb the first part of March in New Orleans. Two times I was charged twice. First the cab driver says the auto payment didnt go thru. Once I paid the driver in cash. Once on a credit card. Both times about an hour later the autopay went thru. So they got paid twice. I tried contacting the company when it first happened and again the second time. I have not heard back from them

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I was never pissed.

I just wanted to ask a question on how to remove an obsolete credit card. I did it myself on the app.

Dear Curb, I am NOT pissed! That is a negative attitude for a company to take because I wanted to ask you a question. I enjoyed my ride and the driver on two occasions on Thursday, January 4, 2024. I use your service both in Fort Lauderdale as well as Chicago. I am a snowbird. I have a new phone number I would like to register with your company. I also have a cancelled credit card that I can not delete. I am not "tech savvy." Can you help me with my request? Thank you and I appreciate your time. Regards, Ray Wieder

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Apparently I was on the wrong complaint page. I am a cab driver and was inquiring about the $28 1099K fee.

Racism and price gouging

Indian driver harassed me and kept asking me if I was Indian when I got into the cab. When I said no, he said okay, theres a law that you have to pay 50% more if you go to the suburbs. This is a lie. I have lived here for years and I told him so and that I would also be complaining for the discrimination, the attempt to trick me into giving him more money or theft, and wasting my time.

1089K processing fee

I am a Boston taxi driver for Metro Cab, ID #6822. I recently received my 1099K and was charged $28 for processing fee. Ive never been charged by any organization for such a fee. Why am I being charged this fee.

I was given my fare when I booked the ride. My profile for a tip is set at $0. When I got my receipt, there was a $7.37 unauthorized tip added.
