3 times we used the app in a matter of 15 minutes. First driver cancelled.
Second driver said he couldn't find us. Third driver called and said he was at the location. I said, 'Nope, we are a block away.' He refused to drive the block. Curb has no customer service number.
All 3 times I was charged for the fare. Terrible service.

My driver did not drive us all the way to the sphere. He left us halfway there and pulled away.
I want my $19.12 back. 516-984-****. I was charged on my credit card.

Resolved: Seeking refund for incorrect charge from Curb
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Look very carefully at your receipt at the end of your ride, and don't leave the cauntil you have verified it's conrrect.
I finally reached a human being at Curb (NOT easy) and discussed the issue.
Then I went to the bank to make sure I was credited with the refund I was owed.
The bank officer said he'd had a similar issue with Curb and had not received a refund.

My e-hail service was terminated without providing me with the exact information on the reasons for the termination or an opportunity to give my account of the incidents that may have been the cause of termination. The case could be that the customers are in error and have made spurious claims.
Preferred solution: I'm a taxi driver who wants to have my E-hail service reinstated, until the matter of my termination has been explained in detail and I am given an opportunity to explain account of the incidents causing termination.

The driver took me to OHare airport when I said Midway! Then I had to pay!! I missed my flight and had to rebook.

I took a ride from 240 E. 38 street to
214 Garfield place Brooklyn on March 31 between 1&2 pm which cost over $49.
In order to be reimbursed by MTA I must submit a receipt which I forgot to ask the. Last 4 digits of the card used is 6750 and the first digit is 4
If you require additional information my # is 917 545 **** the driver was a Polish guy.
Driver never came, had to switch to Lyft
we almost missed our flight, as CURB app said driver was 3. minutes away-then started Searching for Drivers!!!

Cancel payment as driver did not turn up
No notifications came through from Curb to let me know the driver was on its way. I could not contact him to let him know where to pick me up as I live in a large building.
I could not call curb and speak to anyone. I had to call a Lyft and of course the driver arrived and only called me then.
He got angry when I said I tried to cancel because I did not know he was on his way. This was for a hospital appointment so I will not use again!

Refund for an incident on the 12/18/24 for a cab that was canceled on me, and I still got charged.
I was waiting to be picked as normal, and I had three cabs cancel on me. I was then still charged for a ride that never picked me up.
User's recommendation: Check your account to ensure you wasn't charged.

Make it possible to talk to someone! Create a website that works. Post how you set up travel prices...higher than Lyft as it stands!

Unable to chat or talk with anyone. Unable to get an answer to my question: WHY ARE YOUR PRICES HIGHER THAN LYFT? WHY IS THE PRICE ON CURB FOR A SPECIFIC TRIP $20 WHEN A CAB PARKED IN FRONT OF A BUILDING CHARGES $5 FOR THE SAME TRIP (LYFT CHARGES $12)?
